FAQs
What types of vacations do you specialize in?
We specialize in family travel (Disney, Universal, and cruising). Whether you're looking for immersive Disney magic, thrilling Universal rides, or a relaxing cruise, we can help you plan the perfect family getaway. We can also book other types of trips, like girls’ weekend getaways to Vegas or couples’ all-inclusive resorts. We’re not limited to just family travel and are excited to help you with all kinds of adventures!
Can you help me book everything for my vacation?
Absolutely! From hotels and theme park tickets to dining reservations, tours, and even cruise itineraries, we take care of all the details so you can focus on having fun. However, we do not book flights unless it's part of a package. Airlines don't pay travel agents' commissions, which means we would have to charge you more to book them. We’d rather save you money, so we focus on what we do best—finding the best deals for your accommodation, experiences, and more!
How much do your planning services cost?
Our services are completely free! We’re paid by the vendors we work with, so you don’t pay a cent extra for our expertise. In fact, we can often help you save money and find the best deals available!
How early should I start planning my vacation?
The sooner, the better! Especially for popular destinations like Disney and Universal, booking in advance ensures you get the best availability and pricing. We recommend starting at least 6–12 months before your trip, but we can work with you on shorter timelines too!
Do I need to pay a deposit to book my vacation?
This depends on the vendor and vacation type, but typically, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through the process and help ensure everything is set up just right.
What if I need to make changes to my vacation plans?
Life happens! If you need to change your plans, just reach out to us. We’ll handle any modifications or cancellations, making sure everything stays stress-free for you.
